Stage 1.

You call us. We collect your insurer details and book a survey.

Stage 2.

Surveyor takes photos, measurements and takes details of what happened and when.

Stage 3.

We prepare a report and detailed quote and send it to the insurer within 48 working hours of our visit.

Stage 4.
Stage 4

We request insurers to appoint a loss adjuster to meet our surveyor on site and agree all costs

Stage 5.

Once costs are agreed by insurers, within 48 hours the restoration contractor will carry out drying of all wet areas and continue with all reinstatement works until everything is back the way it was.

Stage 6.

When works are finished we send the bill to insurers – you pay nothing excess your policy excess.
