Our experienced surveyor visits your property to take accurate measurements, photos, and notes on the damage. They document the details of the incident to prepare a comprehensive report and a detailed quote for your insurer.
Within 48 working hours, we submit the report and quote to your insurer and request the appointment of a loss adjuster. The adjuster meets with our surveyor to ensure that all costs are agreed upon and covered.
After the costs are agreed with your insurer, our restoration contractor begins work within 48 hours. They focus on drying all affected areas and restoring the property to its original condition, ensuring minimal disruption and complete restoration.
Once the restoration work is completed, we send the final bill to your insurer. You only need to pay your policy excess, while we handle all paperwork and liaise with your insurer to ensure a smooth settlement.
When works are finished we send the bill to insurers – you pay nothing except your policy excess.
